Hazelwood Homecare has been providing care to people in their own homes for over 12 years. We are a preferred provider of care to Lancashire County Council and are registered with the Care Quality Commission.

Your carers have been selected after an indepth interview and references taken up. They have all been police cleared. Most of our staff are either registered on, or have completed an NVQ2 course in care with us; some have progressed to NVQ level 3. All staff undergo regular mandatory training throughout their employment with us, ensuring that the care they deliver is always best practice, up to date and in accordance with all relevant legislation.

Residential care home, established for 30 years in the hamlet of Townsend Fold, Holme Manor which was converted from an ancient farm originally owned by the Townsend family.

The Manor dates back over two hundred years and can accommodate 32 residents.

We are registered for older people or those who may be suffering from dementia.

Also Ann and Ryan own and operate Homecare Services which is a domiciliary care agency (established in 1992) whose aim is to keep a person living independently and well for as long as possible.

Homecare Services is a family run organisation. We are based in the centre of Rossendale Valley, in Waterfoot.

We have a dedicated team of trained and experienced staff and support staff who provide and maintain the highest standards of care and support which allows our clients to carry out the normal day to day activities of daily living; our philosophy is to provide person centred care.

We shall be the best care provider by being friendly and easy to deal with and supplying wrap around care at home for you and peace of mind for you or your loved ones.

At Homecare Services we support any individuals over the age of 18 who live in their own homes. Older Adults; people with Learning Disabilities and those suffering from mental health diagnosis. Ensuring they may remain independent, have access to community activities and achieve good health and well being. Further supported by additional services such as our Dial-a-Dinner. Our care is outcome based, this simply means we want to meet your needs and to provide you with a personal made to measure package of care.
